The ZFF in Canada
A representative of Zlín's festival a first-time juror in the land of the maple leaf.
The program director of ZLÍN FILM FESTIVAL (ZFF) Markéta Pášmová is attending the 18th annual Montreal International Children's Film Festival (FIFEM) in Montreal, Quebec from 2 to 7 March, 2015. The festival's program contains animated, live-action, and short films for children from 3 to 12 years of age. Nearly 20 thousand moviegoers visit the festival each year, especially families with children. The festival has had a long-term friendship with ZFF. The artistic director of FIFEM, Jo-Anne Blouin, is a frequent participant at Zlín's festival. ZFF's program dramaturg Jaroslava Hynštová attended FIFEM in 2013 as a special guest. This form of cooperation is mutually inspiring. This year Zlín's festival will sit in the jury for the first time in Montreal in the form of Markéta Pášmová.
