Princess Jasnenka and the Flying Shoemaker (1987)

This is a fairytale about a young apprentice shoemaker, Jíra, who builds himself some wings from soft leather. With these he frees princess Jasnenka from a tower of the king's castle, where the king had locked her in a futile effort to prevent the prophecy of an evil witch. In the end he also frees her from the power of the witch herself and from her daughter Cernava.
