The setting is the Moravian town of Tlumac ov, where little Adam is enjoying a happy childhood on a stud farm and in its beautiful surroundings. He's inherited a love of animals from his father, who works with the horses, and his only desire is to become as good a rider as his father. But his happy years quickly come to an end and are clouded by the boy's polio. After a long time in the hospital the boy remains paralysed in one leg. He can't move around without crutches or wheelchair. But Adam stays true to his dream and with the help of his friends and a strong will, he even manages to swing up into the saddle, which surprises everyone around... Little Peter has to look after his mom's friend's dog, Blek, and the two spend the summer holidays in the countryside with his grandfather and grandmother. Peter is not only worried that the dog will be captured by the evil Mr. Plavec, but also by a group of local kids. The kids are initially hostile towards the young boy from Prague, but later join forces and try save Blek. The dog, meanwhile, escapes from the cage and disappears. A cheerful children's film about five 7th-graders who experience grand and small adventures in a south Moravian village. StaHo Mati ka, Rosea, Edison, Fera Ondrá ek and the gypsy `tefan Daniel (called DaHo) are an inseparable group of boys. Fifteen-year-old KateYina will once again spend the holidays at the Castle Krabonoa, where her parents are both wardens. Three dads suffer a rebellion by their wives. They traditionally spend a "boys' week" at a mountain cottage. This time, however, the ladies want some free time, so the men take six kids, aged 1 to 10, to the mountains. This is a fairytale about a young apprentice shoemaker, Jíra, who builds himself some wings from soft leather. With these he frees princess Jasnenka from a tower of the king's castle, where the king had locked her in a futile effort to prevent the prophecy of an evil witch. In the end he also frees her from the power of the witch herself and from her daughter Cernava.

The heroes of this merry ghost story are boys and girls who are pulled into battle against some adults who would like to turn an old castle into an agricultural building. With the aid of the ghosts of the knight Vilém Brtník of Brtník and his daughter Leontýnka who haunt the ruins, and the many dwarves the knight summons, they manage to achieve their goal. The castle is repaired and passed into the care of the children.
