Brave (2012) 8

United States of America | 2012 | 90 min.

Merida is an experienced archer and the impulsive daughter of King Fergus and Queen Elinor. She's determined to go her own way in life. She defies the custom of betrothal to a lord's first-born son and angers the powerful Lord MacGuffin, the annoying Macintosh, and the contentious Dingwall. Merida's actions unintentionally unleash chaos and fury in the kingdom. When the girl turns to a weird old witch for help, she gets a double-edged wish. Merida, following dangerous forces, discovers meaning of true courage in order to break the horrible curse before it's too late.
