Bernard McCloskey has been Director of Education at Northern Ireland Screen School for more than fifteen years. In that time, thanks to state support, there has been a phenomenal increase in film production in Northern Ireland. A similar effect has been noted with regard to film education. Bernard McCloskey will present an illustrative analysis that shows a successful educational strategy and will present the key factors that have enabled this.
