Biography
Born in China, Keyu Chen studied animation for two years at the Communication University of China in Beijing before moving to Rouyn-Noranda in 2006 to attend the Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue. Keyu first came to the National Film Board of Canada’s animation studios through the Équité program as part of the production team for Marie-Josée Saint-Pierre’s animated documentary Jutra. Winds of Spring is her first professional film.This film is a part of the set Short Animations 7.
