Nothing Like Before (2017)
Disco clubs, poorly paid jobs, unexcused absences and unintended pregnancies... They are 19 and live ordinary teenage lives in a Czech border town where they go to the same school. Teo, Renata, Annie and Nikola from mostly broken families and try to find a place in society. Anxiety slowly creeps into their carefree lives due to the approach of adulthood. Separately, they face an important life challenge, after which nothing will be as before. And it's not just about graduation. Which of them can handle new responsibilities; who will really make it?

Biography
Lukáš Kokeš (1983) and Klára Tasovská (1980) Screenwriters and directors. They are documentary film graduates from FAMU. Together they directed the feature documentaries Fortress (Pevnost, 2012) and Nothing Like Befoer (Nic jako dřív, 2017), and also took part in the short story collective Gottland (2014). In addition, Kokeš cooperated on the TV cycles Czech Journal (2013) and Czech Photo (2015).
