The animals of one village are preparing a picnic, and among the many delicacies are two sweet cakes. The frog and the lizard - a crafty pair - are crazy about them. On the way to the hill they steal the goodies. But they cannot escape unnoticed because a large dog is standing guard. Their act ruins the picnic for everybody, but in the end the two criminals are identified and punished.
