Life is hard on a little-known, remote island. Teenage Borhan wants to relieve the hardship by promoting the island to tourists. He gathers a group of islanders and holds a carnival of traditional music and theatre. Life in the island starts to improve as more and more tourists come to visit. However, an unexpected problem is on its way.

Iranian director, screenwriter and producer. He studied theater and drama literature. He has collaborated on many feature films. He himself directed short films that were presented and awarded internationally. He made his debut with the feature drama The Ocean Behind the Window (2020).
