The Greatest Gift (2020)
In ancient times, our land was ruled by pagan gods and goddesses. But what happens when they start getting involved in people's lives and vice versa? Will Morena, the goddess of winter, win, or will she be defeated by the goddesses of spring, summer and autumn? Will the supreme god Svarog find out about Morena's spree in time and return the seasons to equilibrium? In the end, Morena is stopped with the help of a Wallachian girl who has a gift even Morena's magic cannot beat! BIOGRAPHY Marta Santovjáková Gerlíková Worked in regional TV. She co-directed the TV series Folklorika (2007), later the feature films Grandpa (Děda, 2016), That Time Together (Tehdy spolu, 2017) and the fairy tale The Greatest Gift (Největší dar, 2020). Daria Hrubá She co-directed the TV series Folklorika (2007) and the feature fairy tale The Greatest Gift (Největší dar, 2020). She independently made a short TV film Jura Petrů (2006).
