The Legend of Sarila (2013)
Based on Inuit culture and tradition, this story is set in northern Canada in 1910. Three young Inuit set out for the legendary land of Sarila in search of food for their clan. One of them, Markussi, finds out that he is actually an Inuit shaman, but the clan´s current shaman Croolik has been looking for ways to kill him and undermine his powers. Numerous adventures then ensue as they face dangers conjured up by Croolik. Will they find the legendary land, or will Croolik succeed in getting rid of Markussi.

A Canadian director and producer. She has long worked on the making of TV productions. She's established in the field of 3D animation. She has directed, e.g. the feature films The Legend of Sarila (2013) and Mission Kathmandu: the Adventures of Nelly & Simon (2018).
