At Seven at the Horse (2018)
The story of Wenceslas Square in Prague and its genius loci associated with both Czechoslovak and Czech statehood. This square of the Czech metropolis is a microcosm that has experienced almost every major historical event of the Czech Kingdom, Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic. The location around which "great" events have touched is in the vicinity of a monument to St. Wenceslas. Ardo, the horse made by the famous sculptor Josef Myslbek, tells tales from the earliest moments of Czech history connected with Charles IV, to the present day connected with the division of Czechoslovakia. His audience is a girl named Tereza, a tourist who is to meet her friend "under the horse".
