A poetic, but chilling film about hope and the human solidarity that can stand in the way of evil. The story of seven puppets that are exact replicas of those created by the child inmates of the Terezin ghetto takes place in train car prior to its journey to a concentration camp.

Biography

Miloš Zvěřina (1956), a Czech screenwriter and director, studied animation at FAMU. He made the short animated films Imprisoned Dreams (Uvězněné sny, 1993), A Pilgrimage Song to the Virgin Mary on Palm Sunday (Poutní píseň k Panně Marii na Květnou neděli, 2010), Helga – L520 (2011) and Transport ER (2015). He currently works for Czech TV at the center for children's and educational programs as a dramaturge for the bedtime stories and cartoon productions.
