Zlín Film Festival, міжнародний дитячий кінофестиваль щиро запрошує Вас на показ українського анімаційного серіалу Моя країна Україна. Ця серія була створена в київській студії анімаційного фільму "Новаторфільм" і розповідає про пригоди Кіта Воркіта та його друга Сашка Лірника. Друзі подорожують по історично цікавих місцях України та пропонують цікавий екскурс в історію України. Злінський кінофестиваль покаже вибір з 12 серій серіалу лише українською мовою. Показ відбудеться у суботу, 28 травня, о 11.30 годині в залі номер 3 кінотеатру Golden Apple Cinema у Зліні. Для українських сімей вхід безкоштовний. We invite to see it not only Ukrainian families and children living in the Czech Republic. The series "My Country – Ukraine" made by the Kyiv animation studio "Novatorfilm" tells about the adventures of the cat Vorkot, who, together with his friend Sashko Lirnyk, travels to different cities of Ukraine in search of interesting historical places and thus teaches the viewers the history of our state. Every episode is full of warmth and patriotism. In total, 26 episodes about different cities of Ukraine have been shot, in particular: Berdyansk, Odesa, Melitopol, Luhansk, villages of Shushery, Lehedzine and others. Zlín Film Festival presents selected 12 episodes in Ukrainian only.

The Stolen Airship (1966)

It’s the Jubilee Exhibition in Prague in 1891 and five boys are admiring a miracle: a supposedly dirigible airship. The owner, Findejs, offers them a free flight to promote the airship, but changes his mind when paying bidders come forward. Unable to expel them, they soon find themselves above the city and the airship is not dirigible! Safely crossing Europe, they are caught in a storm. Crashing on an unknown island, they experience many adventures before being rescued. A science fiction story based on Jules Verne's novel Two Years' Vacation.

Eduard Štorch (1878–1956) was the first Czech writer and one of the first in the world to set his stories in prehistory. It's quite ironic that he himself considered his books set in the Stone Age and Bronze Age to be mere accessories to his calling in life as a professional teacher. His new concepts for educating a new generation and of teaching history were completely groundbreaking. He made his idea of a healthy and natural lifestyle a reality on the island of Libeň in Prague, where he built his Children's Farm and taught children how to live and cooperate with nature.
